
This annual event features booths filled with crafts, jewelry, and baked goods, as well as handmade and holiday gift items, and our annual Quilt Raffle. All proceeds will benefit the missions and outreach programs of Lake Highlands Presbyterian Women. Men's Fellowship will be preparing lunch items for purchase–you know that is not to be missed! Booth registration forms are available on line, or at the church, so feel free to pass them to your friends and neighbors. Last year's market featured 44 vendors–this year's will likely be even more. Date: Saturday November 8th, 2008
Time: 9AM to 4PM.
Vendor info:
Registration forms must be sent to LHPC, along with payment. Booth rental fee is $50.00. Table rental fee is $10 per table. Booths are approximately 9 Feet wide by 6 feet deep. Vendors will be contacted to confirm registration, via phone or email. Registration deadline is October 31st, 2008. LHPC reserves the right to select vendors in order to balance the variety of goods and services offered. In the event a vendor must cancel, a refund of half of the registration fee will be given. A cancellation during the week before the event will receive no refund. Last years event featured 44 vendors. All booths are inside and electricity sites are available. LHPC advertises the market via local newspaper publications, as well as yard signs and signage at our very visible location at 8525 Audelia Road.
For your convenience, setup time for vendors is available on Friday evening from 5PM to 7PM and on Saturday morning from 7AM to 9AM. All vendors are required to man their booth from 9AM to 4PM. LHPC will provide 2 chairs per booth.
